submitting this information, I understand that, my personal
information will be forwarded to the my Official Oklahoma Plus
America State
Director.
I understand that
each state pageant has its own entry fees and that entry fee
information is found on my state's webpage.

Failure to
meet your state's payment obligations may result in your removal as a
participant, at which time you will be forbidden from
making any reference to an association with Miss Plus America
Pageant system. I understand this will be at the
discretion of my state director and with the full sanction of
Coronet Productions.
I
understand that there are
NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
I
attest that I am a size 14W or greater as defined in the
Frequently Asked
Questions section of the Miss Plus America
Website.
I understand that
upon submission of this application, I am bound by the rules
of conduct set forth by Coronet Productions on the
Delegate
Eligibility and Code of Conduct Page.
I
understand I will be contacted by my state director regarding
payment arrangements for participation..
I give Coronet
Productions, and the Oklahoma Plus America State Pageant permission to use my
likeness for the purposes of promotion of the state and
national Miss Plus America Pageant and myself as an official
participant of my official Oklahoma Plus America State Pageant.
Please consider
that all State MPA pageants are self sufficient pageants. If you are not
positively sure you will be able to compete in the state pageant,
please do not apply.
